Community Stay Pune is India’s first premium flat-living PG, designed to offer students and working professionals a luxury PG near MIT-WPU and premium PG near ADYPU experience — with privacy, hygiene, and comfort.
2. How is it different from other PGs in Pune?
Unlike typical student PGs in Pune, where 8–10 people share a small space, Community Stay Pune offers fully furnished 2BHK and 3BHK flats in reputed societies.
Only 2 people share one bedroom. You get personal space, dedicated Wi-Fi, CCTV security, and modern amenities — making it the best student accommodation in Pune.
3. Is Community Stay safe for students, especially girls?
Absolutely. Community Stay Pune ensures 24×7 security with CCTV cameras, society guards, and smart fingerprint locks.
